Turismo Rural: Propuesta Metodológica para un Enfoque Sistémico

The systems approach allows a focusing to rural tourism as a complex phenomenon, which from the most diverse disciplines has generated considerable theoretical and empirical body, representative of the methodological search that allow a comprehensive analysis of tourism body. Starting from classical subsystems of this approach, including the description of the demand, supply, the infrastructure, the host community and the superstructure, the relationship with the context is presented through five dimensions: cultural, economic, social, environmental and political. While methodological proposal, some of the core issues are mentioned to analyze the determinants of each context and the impacts. These stages, which represent, respectively, multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary studies are completed with transdisciplinary concepts as territory, new rurality and territorial development, proposed as keys reading and analysis that summarize the interactions of all system components. Resumen: El enfoque sistémico permite un acercamiento al turismo rural como fenómeno complejo, que desde las más diversas disciplinas ha generado un importante cuerpo teórico y empírico, representativo de la búsqueda de metodologías que permitan un análisis integral del turismo. A partir de los subsistemas clásicos de este enfoque, que incluye la descripción de la demanda, la oferta, la infraestructura, la comunidad receptora y la superestructura, se presenta la relación con el contexto a través de cinco dimensiones: cultural, económica, social, ambiental y política. En tanto propuesta metodológica, se mencionan algunos de los temas centrales para analizar los determinantes de cada contexto y las repercusiones. Estas etapas, que dan cuenta de estudios multidisciplinarios e interdisciplinarios respectivamente, se completan con conceptos transdisciplinarios como territorio, nueva ruralidad, y desarrollo territorial, propuestos como claves de lectura y análisis que sintetizan las interacciones de todos los componentes del sistema.
