Análise da satisfação dos serviços turísticos na percepção do turista estrangeiro: o caso do município de bonito, Mato Grosso do Sul, Brasil

A inserção do município de Bonito – MS no cenário de turismo internacional confronta a realidade da prestação de serviços e de sua infraestrutura turística com a opinião e grau de satisfação de seus visitantes estrangeiros. Frente a esta situação, o presente estudo buscou compreender e relacionar a opinião destes visitantes com os pontos em que serviços e infraestrutura se destacam, bem como nos campos em que necessitam de atenção. De natureza quantitativa, este estudo utilizou no tratamento dos dados métodos estatísticos (descritivo, inferencial e multivariado), fundamentais para obtenção das distribuições,
estimativas intervalares, bem como medidas de correlação e similaridade das variáveis estudadas, evitando a interferência de outras variáveis intervenientes ao estudo. Com os resultados obtidos, foi possível estabelecer comparação e correlação entre as variáveis, fornecendo informações importantes sobre esta demanda de visitantes nesta localidade.

Abstract: The county of Bonito ‑ MS has been integrated to an international tourism scenario, which confronts its reality of touristic service provision and its tourist infrastructure with the opinion and satisfaction of the foreign visitors . Facing this fact, this study perceives and relates the opinion of these visitors with the points where services and infrastructure are highlighted, as well as in the fields that need attention. This study has a quantitative objective and has used in data processing fundamental statistical methods (descriptive, inferential and multivariate) to obtain the distributions , interval estimates, and measures of correlation and similarity of variables, avoiding interference of any other intervening variables. All results obtained have helped to establish a comparison and correlation between variables, providing important information about this visitor demand in this locality.
