Integración, turismo y discapacidad: ¿son accesibles los hoteles para las personas con discapacidad física?

This study examines the obstacles faced by persons with physical disabilities during their stay in a hotel. We examined the influence of gender and age. Participated 41 persons with motor disability belonging to the confederation of disabled people from the province of Alicante. We use a questionnaire designed hac hoc for the study. The results indicated that the greatest difficulty participants found in the hotels are the rungs and the staff. Differences were found according to the gender and age. The results reveal the existence of obstacles to accessibility hotel for persons with disabilities. These difficulties can be resolved with a proper predisposition on the part of the hotel managers.
